These Terms & Conditions govern the use of https://ecomscaleindia.com and all services offered by EcomScale India.
1. Acceptance
By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all associated policies.
2. Services
We provide website development, eCommerce consulting, marketplace onboarding and management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify), SEO, paid advertising, branding, social media marketing, graphic design, video editing, automation, and related digital services.
3. Quotations & Payments
- ✓ Written quotations are valid strictly for the stated validity period.
- ✓ Advance payment may be required prior to project execution.
- ✓ Remaining payment must be completed as per agreed milestones.
- ✓ Delayed payments may suspend or delay project delivery schedules.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete information, timely approvals, account access credentials, logos, product details, and media content. Delays from the client side may extend project completion timelines.
5. Revisions
Revisions are strictly limited to the package or proposal accepted by the client. Any additional feature, design tweak, or scope change will be billed separately.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client after full payment is cleared, unless third‑party licensed assets apply. Internal frameworks, codebase templates, and methodologies remain the sole property of EcomScale India.
7. Third‑Party Platforms
We work with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Google, Meta, and similar platforms. We do not control their algorithms, policy updates, account approvals, suspension decisions, or algorithm changes, and therefore cannot guarantee rankings, approvals, traffic, sales, or revenue.
8. No Performance Guarantee
Marketing performance depends heavily on external market conditions, market competition, budget, consumer behaviour, and platform algorithm policies.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business data, login credentials, and strategies shared during the engagement.
10. Suspension & Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. Outstanding fees for all work completed up to the termination date remain fully payable.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our legal liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed under the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
